Refund Policy

We keep this simple: if you bought credits and did not use them, you can get your money back within 14 days.

What is refundable

Unused credits from a pack purchase are refundable for 14 days from the purchase date. The refund is pro-rated by the unused fraction of the pack: if you bought 5,000 credits for $20 and used 1,000 of them, the refundable amount is 80% of the purchase price — $16.

What is not refundable

• Credits you have already spent on verifications.
• Free bonus credits, including the 100 signup credits.
• Purchases older than 14 days.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address on your account with the purchase you want refunded. No forms, no phone calls. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval; the corresponding credits are removed from your balance when the refund is issued.

Statutory rights

If you are in the EU or UK, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights under consumer protection law.
